How to install

  1. 01

The Three.js download is twelve GLB files with PBR textures already embedded. Load the .glb you need with GLTFLoader. Do not convert FBX.

  2. 02

Preview: double-click Open Preview.command (Mac) or Open Preview.bat (Windows). Or from the unzipped folder run python3 -m http.server 8765 and open http://127.0.0.1:8765/demo.html. A double-click of demo.html itself will not load the models. That page is a viewer. Put the GLBs into your own scene.

  3. 03

Each GLB also holds two lighter levels of detail (MSFT_lod). A plain GLTFLoader shows the full mesh; Documentation.md has a loadProp() snippet that turns each file into a THREE.LOD with the switch distances already set. Sizes are in metres and every pivot sits at the base, so props drop straight onto a floor.
