1. The products

We sell themed 3D asset packs delivered as downloadable digital files for use in games, renders, and worldbuilding. Product descriptions and included items are shown on the catalogue page.

2. Pricing and taxes

Prices are listed in euros (EUR). Where applicable, VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location. The total payable is the amount confirmed at checkout.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

After successful payment you receive access to a private, time-limited download link. The number of downloads per order is limited for security reasons. Please save your files in a safe place. If your link expires or you have trouble downloading, contact [email protected] and we will help.

5. License to use the assets

When you purchase a pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate the assets into your own projects.

Commercial use is fully permitted

You may use the assets in personal and commercial projects, including games, films, animations, renders, advertising, and paid client work, with no royalties owed to us.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the original or substantially unmodified asset files.
• You may not make the assets available in a way that allows others to extract or download them as standalone files (for example, in another asset pack, template, or library).
• You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original assets.

The assets must be meaningfully integrated into your own project rather than redistributed as raw source files.

6. Refunds

Direct purchases on this website

Our products are digital and delivered immediately. By completing checkout and accessing your download, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumers under EU law. For this reason, direct purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed. If you experience a technical problem with the files, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Unity Asset Store purchases

Packs bought through the Unity Asset Store are subject to Unity's own refund policy and end-user license agreement. Please request any such refund directly through Unity.

7. Intellectual property

All assets, artwork, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Wildform Assets. Your purchase grants the license described in Section 5 only; it does not transfer ownership.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the assets for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others or that is defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the assets will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with every software or workflow.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildform Assets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the assets. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence are not affected.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

13. Language

These terms are provided in several languages for your convenience. If there is any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
